Esta aplicacion lo que hace es fijarse si una radio esta Online, sino lo está puede enviar un mail a tu casilla de correo
o a tu celular...todo depende de como lo configures.

Para revisar las radios cada nn minutos, hay que crear un cron en tu servidor.
para crear un cron job cada 15 minutos ejecute este archivo..hay ke poner:
en la linea de comandos de tu panel: php -f /home/dominio.com/public_html/panel/status.php >/dev/null 2>&1 (eso seria un ejemplo)
y despues en minutos: 0/15 y los demas campos (hora, dia, mes...) poner un *
